Privacy Policy
At Oryqenta S.A.S. we handle your personal data with the level of care expected from an Argentine financial platform. This document explains, in plain language, what information we collect, why we use it and which rights you hold over it under Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326 and the current guidance of the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).
1. Data controller
Oryqenta S.A.S., Tax ID (CUIT) 30-71862954-3, with registered address at Av. Corrientes 1234, Floor 7, C1043AAZ, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, is the controller of the personal data collected through oryqenta.com. You can reach us at hola@oryqenta.com for any question about your data.
2. Data we collect
We only collect the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form (name, email address and message content) and basic technical browsing data (anonymised IP address, device type, pages visited) when you accept analytics cookies. We do not request sensitive data or detailed financial information on this website.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We use your data to answer enquiries, improve the site experience and, when you provide explicit consent, for advertising measurement linked to Google Ads. The applicable legal bases are your unequivocal consent (section 5 of Law No. 25,326) and our legitimate interest in operating and improving the platform.
4. Whom we share data with
We do not sell personal data. We share strictly necessary information with technology providers acting as data processors: cloud infrastructure in Mercosur and the United States, transactional email services and, if you consent, Google's advertising measurement platforms. All providers are bound by confidentiality agreements and standards equivalent to the GDPR.
5. International transfers
Some services may involve transferring data outside Argentina. Where this occurs, we choose providers in jurisdictions considered adequate by the AAIP or we rely on data protection contractual clauses equivalent to the Argentine standard.
6. Retention periods
We keep contact form data for up to twenty-four (24) months after the last interaction, unless a longer retention obligation applies by law. Analytical technical data is kept aggregated and anonymised.
7. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, update, deletion and objection by writing to hola@oryqenta.com. We answer within the timelines set by Law No. 25,326. You may also file a claim with the Agency for Access to Public Information, Argentina's supervisory authority.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures, including TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, role-based access controls, audit logs and periodic vulnerability assessments. No system is infallible, which is why we also follow incident response protocols.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal changes or improvements to our processes. Where the change is substantial, we announce it on the site and update the date in the header.
